Hey!
Are you having problems losing weight? To motivate yourself to exercise, you can put what exercise equipment you have in front of the tv. Don't allow yourself to watch anything unless you workout while watching it! If you have a treadmill/bicycle then you can use this method with a book too.

If you are having trouble dieting, here are some tips for you
1)Make a diet log- A diet log is when, in the morning, you write out your meal plans for the day. Think about what is healthy and low-carb.
2)Never grocery shop when you're hungry. If you don't then you will save money, and you won't be as tempted to buy junk food.
3)Drink lots of fluids. A lot of times, people think they are hungry when they are actually thirsty. You'll surprise yourself!
